"La Panatica" in the historic center

La Panatica is an ancient palace built in 1600, located in a strategic position in medieval Gaeta, very close to the wonderful promenade on the Gulf, the Municipal Garden, the nightlife area, the best restaurants, ice cream parlors; starting point for the most beautiful walks in Gaeta on foot. The famous Serapo beach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car.
Three different apartments for different needs
A family home
The ancient building purchased in 1912 by Paolo Nardone, a doctor from Gaeta, was renovated in 1969 by his son and father of the owner, Guido, as a summer residence for the family and organized on three floors; after the death of the parents it was divided in 2006 by the sons Antonella and Benedetto into four apartments.
The upper floor apartment remained for Benedetto’s personal use while Antonella assigned her property, the mezzanine floor and the ground floor, both for personal use and for tourist accommodation.
