1 The common entrance door on Via Nardone must be closed. Condominiums are required tokeep the keys, not to make copies and in the event that it is deemed necessary to make them communicate it and return them to the housekeeper.

2 The space of the stairs is shared , therefore it is forbidden to leave objects or anything else on landings and stairs.

3. Please do not park - in front of the front door- in the reserved space at the back in front of the garage: this space is not in our availabilitythe garage entrance must be left accessible

4. Upon release of the apartment please - restore the position of the furniture as delivered,- do not leave the kitchen dirty,- make an appointment in time with the housekeeper for the inspection and return of the keys.

5. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 unless otherwise agreed.

7. To respect the decor of the building, please do not hang clothes or anything else in the middle of garden but use the balcony of the bedroom or in a small corner.

8. Garden maintenance is required. Especially watering in the summer months.If the condominium does not want to assume the burden and responsibility, he will have to leaveaccess to the garden to the housekeeper, agreeing the day and time with her.

9. If you intend to give receptions in the garden, remember not to disturb the neighboring apartments excessively and to stop music and noise from 24 00.

1. It is forbidden to park in the space in front of the garage : this space is not available to us; the tenants of Via Porta di Ferro are asked to leave free access to the garage.

However, if you find a car parked in the space in front of the house, notify the housekeeper because that space must be left free.

2 Linen As there are no outdoor spaces, the linen must be dried inside the apartmentequipped with dryer.It is forbidden to hang clothes in the space on the road.
