Antonella Nardone lives near Rome but she often goes to Gaeta for both short stays that to take care of the winter maintenance of apartments; the apartments are managed on site by a team of dedicated people welcoming guests, cleaning, maintenance, gardening. Antonella is in love with the beauties of Gaeta and she feels the duty to guard the inherited property as a valuable asset which is very happy to offer also to its guests.

She takes care of the check in, check out and all on-site problems housekeeping, and when you need waste disposal; she is very welcoming, speaks english and helps guests with their every need. She also takes care of the garden and plants.

He is always available to solve any small technical problems, if any breakdowns, help in times of emergency. If the situation makes it necessary, he is in contact with the technicians electrician and plumber.
